A torn or faded canopy is replaced on its own, made to this umbrella’s model and size and supplied for fitting on site. A damaged frame is replaced with a new frame or a new umbrella.

Casualife customises umbrellas to a project’s own requirements, not only the standard range. Selected ranges are made to measure — canopies built to a site’s own shape and size, poles produced to the wall they mount on — and a canopy can be configured by shape, size, fabric and frame colour. The Freestyle line is built to a site’s own shape and size rather than picked from a fixed size table — up to 7 m along one side and 36 m² of shade, provided the shorter side is at least half the longer one.
