Tibidabo Table - Europe Grey glass top 8 mm thick

dining tables · aluminium · SKU 3898

The inspiration comes from a children's book by Bruno Munari, "Draw a tree". In the book Munari teaches how to draw various types of trees starting from a plant growth graphic schematization. A simple line represents the trunk and multiplies on a regular and proportional basis until it forms the foliage. We had the intuition to bring this growth pattern onto a white sheet and then bend the sheet around the pillows. The result is a combination of essential elegance and extreme simplicity associated with black and white colorings which emphasize the strong graphic aesthetics.
