Stainless steel clips are provided to secure pieces together. The armless settee can also be used independently to create a sleek, armless seating ensemble. All pieces are extra deep for additional comfort and loungeability, and reinforced by marine grade stainless steel accents that are both beautiful and functional. - Weathering
- Teak is impervious to sun, rain and snow and is suited to salt-air positions. Left untreated it moves through honey to a silver grey over roughly a year. Treated, it holds its golden brown.
- Cleaning
- To bring the original colour back, use a teak cleaner — about thirty minutes for a bench. To clean without lifting the grey, soap and water is enough. Apply protector after cleaning to hold the golden brown, and reapply seasonally. A new piece needs no cleaner.
- Indoors
- Solid teak reads well indoors; oil or wax it when it is used inside.
- Care products
- Teak Cleaner (TC01B, TC01CS) · Teak Protector (TC02B, TC02CS, TC02A, TC02CL) · Teak Shield (TC04B, TC04CS). Protector is applied once or twice a year; shield two to three times a year.
- Assembly
- Most pieces ship knocked down in cartons and assemble in about fifteen minutes.

- Fitted covers are made in solution-dyed polyester, colourfast to 1,000 hours of sunlight, with a water-resistant backing and buckles that stop water pooling.
