Published environmental commitments

If the project has to answer for its furniture.

iSiMAR publishes 9 environmental and social commitments in Be Mediterranean (2026) — among them materials the house states are 100% recycled and recyclable, a factory it states runs on renewable solar power and shares its surplus locally, and a supply base it states is 100% European. If a tender, a rating tool or a client environmental policy asks what the furniture is made of, this is the house to specify from.

They are the supplier’s published claims. No certificate, environmental product declaration or audit report supporting them is held on this side — so quote them as claims, and ask iSiMAR in writing for the documents behind the ones your submission has to evidence. One to know before you quote it: commitment 07 does not say the same thing twice. The English column prints a radius of less than 60 miles; the Spanish column beside it prints “a menos de 100 kms”, which is about 62 miles.
